Dear sir,

I am Rishab Arora from amritsar (Punjab). I have purchased new car from Kosmo hyundai showroom on 15 march 2016. But they are not giving me registeration number and RC for the same. Now they are making lame excuses again and again. I want to resolve the issue and compensation for the same. I hope this will help me in this regard.
