Overcharging and Misrepresentation by Badhwar Chevrolet, Rohtak (Haryana)

Dear Sir,
You will be glad to know that since last few days I am planning to buy your Beat LT(Diesel) variant. But I was waiting for some good offers from your side. On 13th May'16 your offer was advertised by Badhwar Chevrolet, Rohtak(Haryana) in Dainik Bhaskar (Rohtak Bhaskar),Haryana whose snapshot is attached herewith.They were offering Rs 70,000/- cashback and Rs 25,000/- accessories free of cost.
This offer was very impressive to me and I booked your Beat LT(Diesel) on dated: 14th May'16 at Badhwar Chevrolet, Rohtak (Haryana) whose Retail Sales Order Booking Form having serial no-1374 and advance booking receipt having no-13856 of amount Rs 5000/- is attached herewith.
Sir, here I would like to lay a few points of misrepresenting and overcharging by Badhwar Chevrolet, Rohtak:-
1) At the time of delivery on 18th May'16 they first tried for the whole payment but when I asked about the insurance receipt then I was told that the insurance has been done and you can have it once you give the full payment. But when I insist them for the insurance receipt they handed over it to me in an closed envelope.They charges Rs 25381/- for Zero Depth Insurance as shown in the Retail Sales Order Booking Form but the insurance receipt handed to me was of Rs 16232/- having Certificate cum Policy No: OG-17-9991-1801-00001751, dated: 18-05-2016 by bajaj Allianz whose receipt is also attached herewith. So this is totally overcharging of Rs 9149/-.
2) Under the free accessories of amount Rs 25000/- , VAS Package (Rs 6500/-) was also provided by them which is clearly mentioned in the Retail Sales Order Booking Form under accessories segment. But when the car was supposed to deliver to me on 18th May'16, the VAS Package was not done by them.When I told them about this they told me that you can have this VAS Package at some other time. So this is again fraud of Rs 6500/- by your dealer Badhwar Chevrolet.
3) They charged Welcome Kit of Rs 3542/-. But when I told them that this should be a part of accessories provided to me of Rs 25000/-(Free of Cost), they were convenienced and include it in free accessories and add this amount in the total cashback of Rs 70,000/- which is now Rs 73,542/- as shown in Retail Sales Order Booking Form. Sir, this is again a case of cheating and misrepresentation.
4) After that on dated: 19-05-2016, I got a message from Bajaj Allianz about the cancellation of insurance of my car without my consent.
Sir, looking at the points no 1) and 2) they were clearly overcharging Rs 15649/- to me. At the time of delivery when I asked about these overcharges they told me that I need to pay this amount otherwise they couldn't deliver the car to me. Sir, before this incidence I had a very good image about your company but after this experience my views have totally changed.
Sir, I have been mentally and physically harassed by this incidence. Even I have been visiting at Badhwar Chevrolet once in day since last few days. So your kind consideration is required to please look into the matter immediately and arrange to handover the above cited car to me after deducing the above mentioned overcharging.I have no other option then to knock your door.

Sir, before this incidence I had a very good image about your company but after this experience my views have totally changed.

So your kind consideration is required to please look into the matter immediately and arrange to handover the above cited car to me after deducing the above mentioned overcharging.I have no other option then to knock your door.
