failure to change ownership of car sold

I had purchased from OSL Exclusive Pvt Ltd a new Volkswagen Polo car,reg no WB02AE1966 availing exchange offer for my old car Wagan R Duo, reg no WB02W4926 on 21/10/2013 (Invoice no 664 dt 21/10/2013)
On 25/10 2013 OSL Exclusive Pvt Ltd issued delivery note and took over my old car WB02W4926.
Unfortunately till now the ownership name has not been changed inspite of repeated reminder & legally I am till now owner of the car I have sold long back.
