I had purchased 4 car tyres of Good Year on 25-05-2015 with all duly invoices available with me dated 260714 and 250515 from Wheels world, Gurgaon.
Since the tyres were very recently purchased , It came to me a shock when tyres got damaged and lived a very short life. I requested for inspection of damaged tyres from Goodyear to see what is the cause , find out the cause and issue a report.
The co.rejected the plea and told me that they will not replace the tyres or not even compensate for the new ones I have purchased . I felt cheated and requested co. that how new tyres got damaged in a span of 2 years with less than 7000-10000 km .
