I recently had given my car for service due to flooding to ABT Maruti Services, Guindy. The total expense came as 27,205/- for spares and 13,276/- for labour. I was charged 12,000/- for the spares as partial settlement as my car is around 2.5 yrs old. When I inquired my insurance agent about the claim, they confirmed that they had settled an amount of 31,181/- to ABT Guindy. I've been terribly cheated by ABT. Will there be any action taken?
