Sir,
I was applied for loan by bihar student credit card scheme july 2017 .it was sanctioned August 2018.due to reason of my college had changed his account number in between my process of loan.in time of payment was stopped due to changed account number,and I informed to DRCC they told me to give new account number circular and I have submitted immediatly.till now they haven't completed my process.i was submitted my circular in September of 2018.and I am unable to pay my fees please help me.

    Sir, As by the student credit card loan scheme it takes about 40 days to complete and it's been 2 months and still I didn't get any updates and it still pending from TPVA as I call to customer care, they say that if I go to patna then my work will be done shortly.

    Sir, if I was able to do it manually I would have done it but they still don't care about. I am at my college now the internals exams ar about to start so I couldn't go to drcc for further updates.

    Sir, I applied for BSCC in month of May and my application is still showing Pending from TPVA sent by DPO. I have visited TPVA office patna many times and every time they say that it will be solved in 2 days and it didn't.So please help.
