Rude and irresponsible Behaviour

Branch Manager ( Anitha ) Seems like a Rowdy, she doesnt have basic knowledge of transactions, when asked for an help or support , she dormantly denies and behaves as if she is owning a branch and the company to herself. Also says that she is the only person to raise a voice against any of the muthoot customer and should follow what she says. It is clearly understood that she is not fit to be a manager of such an prestigious organisation , hampering the name of the company by following practices. I would like to take this issue to the topmost level so that the company and its authorities are aware of all such issues.
