Reimbursement of illegal,unethical and fradulent Foreclosure charges on home loan takeover

Dear sir/ Madam

We ( Ratan Lal Goyal and Apoorv Goyal) had been allotted a Flat in Property Lotus Boulevard, Tower no.-29,flat no.-1605,sec-100, noida on 22nd FEB 2013 against which we took a home loan from Indiabulls Housing finance Ltd.,Mathura in individual capacity and loan was sanctioned on 12 sep 2013.(loan Ac no.-HHLMAT00168903)

Now after an year of regular repayments to Indiabulls by us in individual capacity there were huge reduction in the interest rates by RBI and banks on home loans and we were getting good offers from other banks and financial institutions. As a customer we requested Indiabulls several times to reduce our rate of interest but they declined.

Now as a customer on 1/11/2014 we wrote a letter to Indiabulls , Mathura asking for Foreclosure letter,list of documents and EMI track but it was on 10-3-2015 Indiabulls provided us with a Foreclosure letter with foreclosure charges(2.25 %) which was unethical,illegal,fraudulent and unjustified.
We had a takeover of the loan by accepting the same under protest as we felt cheated because we applied for loan as individuals and we were told by India bulls that as per RBI guidelines no foreclosure charges will be charged on any kind of Home loan having floating rate of interest.

Now, we wrote an email to IHFL(Indiabulls Housing finance ltd.)on 28 March 2015 requesting them for reimbursements of our foreclosure charges but no reply has been given yet. Kindly help us in getting our Rs 1,06,226 ( foreclosure charges) back to us.
