while applying for a credit card , i realised that one of the loans which i took through zestmoney and paid every emi on the right time has e delinquency and same shown in my cibil report. The bank refused my credit card application because of the same.
I had taken the loan amount of rs 11529 on march 13th 2021 and closed on aug 5th without any due.
Because of the irresponsibility of ZestMoney (Camden Town Technologies Pvt Ltd), , my cibil was affected

I have written several Emails to help@zestmoney.com to update my CIBIL as per my progress, but no response yet and whenever i try calling them, the line is always busy

Requesting to resolve this matter at the ASAP, As this impacts my credibility in future
Because of this, they have rejected my credit card application of rs 50000 ,
