Personal Loan insurance charges, applied for a personal loan of 7 Lakh with Bajaj Finserv

I have applied for a personal loan of 7 Lakh with Bajaj Finserv and after couple of negotiation with sales team, they agreed with a processing fee of 3500 INR. But after processing the loan they added 21000 INR insurance charges to it which i didnt noticed. As soon as i get noticed emailed them to cancel all the application and proceedings.

But they are telling that all are processed. I didnt recieved the loan amount to my account though.

I need to get that loan cancelled as soon as possible and i don't want the loan amount from them.

The sales team cheated me with wrong promise.
