one month installation before date

We have purchased tractor of messy Ferguson & have a loan of kotak mahindra bank but purchase date is 24 oct 2015 & loan date is 5 oct 2015 which is before the purchase of tractor Now they are demanding of installment which is month before the date which is not acceptable
