not issue of NOC a borrower of capital first bank as i have financed a TVS Apache

i am a borrower of capital first bank as i have financed a TVS Apache from the bank.i already paid 90% of total amount as EMI but in December 2015 Mr.Rahul sharma(Collection executive)said me to pay the total remaining amount to get NOC then i he told me to make the final payment of 26500,and then at 25 December 2015 i paid 20,000/- to capital first & after that i paid the remaining 6500 on 10 Janury 2016.after that Mr.Suresh yadav the banker of capital first Rajendra place branch told me to issue NOC in next 15 days but still its more than 2 months gone but i dint got my NOC.Plz help me
