Not cancellation my laps account from Aditya Birla capital ,

I applied loan against property from Aditya Birla capital ,but incomplete of documents I m not get loan amount so I applied for cancellation for but there is not response from there agent prabhakar Tripathi who is agent in Aditya Birla capital and I not answering my phone calls to closing my laps account my account no. Is ABND_STS000000600283.very irresponsible agent are there how's not working properly.And
Then they are charging emi amount from my bank account even I to get loan amount in my bank account.what are going on in company if any one plzz help to get this problem should I go for consumer court to case against Aditya Birla capital with there agent .And one of important thing they keep my property papers and not giving me.
