LOANS applied for loan and remitted Rs.23700/- but till now i have not recived loan

As per your advertisement in the month of October 2017 The HINDU (TAMIL) paper for availing credit facility from private finance and I have applied for loan and remitted Rs.23700/- but till now i have not recd loan and my amount also gone to them without giving any loan. Please look in to the matter immediately and pls forward their contact no and address immediately since I lost my amount of Rs.23700/- now I am very much suffering to lead my day to day life.
