Interest Without Loan Manager of Vijay Bank, Kapurthala

Respected Sir,
With due respect, It is very disappointing & shocking to me that without using any amount (Loan) Manager of Vijay Bank, Kapurthala saying me that deposit the interest of 4250/- on Loan amount 700000/- which is not known to me till 14-04-2016 .I am applied for car loan & sign the all document which were given me to signature by Bank employ .Manager ask me when the loan amount is required, directly & telephonically , I told them that when the Car dealer tell me the delivery date then you will make RTGS .Without inform me Manager make DD on 25-04-2016 to complete his Target , This will be known to me on 14-03-2016 by using/login into Net banking, if I did not use the net banking then only I know about loan when Loan installment is deducting from my salary.
I have all ready complaint through Vijaya Bank Grievance Cell regarding this on 14-04-2016 under No.PGRS-2016-1822.For knowing about loan Today I went to the branch, but Branch Manager not reply in adequate way & said to me that write an application for close the Loan accont & deposit 4250/-.Sir, I just want to know that without transfer the loan amount in Car Dealer accont or without receiving any DD by me or without taking a New car how can I pay the interest & why I should write about closure of Laon Account?
Sir, It is very big penalty to me to hold salary account in your bank because you can deduct any amount from my account at any time, nothing will be questionable . It is very painful to me mentally & physically to give interest without using any amount. I also visit the Bank start of month to know of deduction of Rupees 230/-,Manager tell me that 230/- is deducted for Cibil Charges & no DD was made when I ask about DD.
It is my kind request to you that enquire the matter & give right justice to me.
