Home Loan Interest Rates over charged

Hi I have taken Home loan from SBH at interest rate of 9.25% around 7 years back and later it updated to 11:9% . I have been repaying my installments on time and never went to bank all these years assuming the system will automatically take care of changes of interest rates. But last week when I went to collect Interest / Principal statement I was shocked to note that my account was not updated with the fall of interest rates and it will effect only when I personally visit by submitting some letter to Bank. I was totally surprised. Can I claim for this additional interest which I was been charged all these years?
