HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD - Extra EMI add and unwanted Charge

I borrowed loan related to Mobile phone, I,e. I have to paid 1795 every month of date 4th till the 8 month but in this case I mainted sufficient ammount till that date while the company charge me cheque bounce charge 468 and NACH return charge 105 3 time.
After that my loan completed but in my account shows due amount of 1583 which is wrong.
Kindly help me.
