Fullerton India - Worst Customer Service and Escalation handling

I have a personal loan from Fullerton India. I missed one EMI this month which I tried to pay through their website. Transaction was unsuccessful however the EMI amount was debited from my savings account. I wrote an email to customer service asking whether payment was successful or the amount will be refunded. Surprisingly they made an ECS even after making the online payment of EMI.
Their customer care number never works. Call gets disconnected right after you chose an option to talk to their customer care team.
I wrote several emails to their escalation and complain redressal team but no response so far. All I get is an auto reply.

    Excess amount deduction by Balaji:

    I have Closed Fullerton loan and Send Payment receipt details to Customer care email.
    Still they have deducted this month EMI from my bank account.

    As for now i am sending no of emails regarding refund of that excess amount. Still they not responding with any reply.
