Failure to Honour commitments

Hello, Sir / Madam-
Bajaj Finance is forcing me to pay 4.6% foreclosure charges. I'm the old customer and at that time they told me that there are no foreclosure charges and part payment charges are applicable .And now I want to close this account with all outstanding balance without any foreclosure charges, but now Bajaj finance guys are saying I need to pay foreclosure charges 4.6% ( it comes around 40 thousand excluding hidden charges).

Before issuing the loan they asked me to say OK with terms and conditions, I did the same, and then only I got the loan from Bajaj Fiance.
Even they are offering more rate of interest, I took the loan because of this flexi closing options available ( foreclosure / Part payment) with 0% charges.

My Loan number: 402SPL07863413.

I keep on sending emails from 5th of June but no one is responding from Bajaj finance. They Keep on dragging the issue unnecessary without giving any resolution.
Not sure how many days they keep on dragging this issue. If they do like that I need to pay more interest from 5th of June. As per the Bajaj office site says within 2 days the query will resolve. these many days I need to pay interest unnecessary even communicated 10 days back.

But in bajaj official site stating that we can resolve the query in 2 days like below

And I raised the number of times and each time I'm getting SR number. New rules can applicable only for new loans / New customers and not for old loans. As per the previous agreement, I can pay the total outstanding balance.

Here are the emails I'm sending frequently. Atul is the RMO for my case. He is not lifting the call and not responding my messages.

    I have taken loan from Bajaj finance I claimed that loan using forcelosure method after that also emi amount got decuted I have raised complaint in they outlet in madivala also sending mail to wecare@bajajfinace.com service request no SRN06112932 still they are not refund the money please help me out.
