Excess interest in personal loan cheating consumers

I availed a personal loan of Rs.144000.The interest is calculated @ 33% which is much more excess in comparison to any loan provided by nationalised banks.By doing the same this company is intentionally giving mental pressure and harassment to a consumer family which is painful and unbearable. I'm repaying 6079 per month for 48 months which is severe illegal an injustice. .My income is very low. I need justice.
