Due to not deduct laon emi

As per above subject my HDFC personal loan EMI deduct from my SBI saving account but in Jan 2015 to Sep 2015 its not deduct. As per HDFC bank reason came payment stop by drawer but i can not stop any payment or not given any application for it. In that subject i meet to bank manager but they said payment not stopped by bank. In all this my cibil record got bad and i came as defaulter. So please do same help. I want a in written from bank that no any fault from my side.
