Hi,
I have noticed a dispute regarding Rate of Interest on my Personal Loan a/c # 3945942 from Capital First. At the time of approval the Rate of Interest was 25% & as per the account statement the Rate of interest id 40.86%. For this reason I have to pay higher interest & higher EMI. I have lodged a complaint in Capital First's complaint portal & also send them a mail. They gave me a TAT of three working days. But after three working I didn't a single response from there end. I am seeking justice for my harassment.
