I was offered a loan of Rs. 2500000/- against if I purchase a life insurance policy from bajaj on an half yearly premium of rupees 62500/-
I purchased the policy and now it's 2 month's and no reply
I contacted customer care & greviance department of bajaj for my queries and to refund my money rupees 62500/- which I have paid to buy policy.
I also submitted all the valid proof and call recordings of each personal & even they had given confirmation of receiving the couriers again after this there is no reply for my queries and refund of rupees 62500/-
