Complaint against High Interest Rates Charged on my Loan Account without proper clarification about

We have already approached the Bank Branch and raised our complain to the Bank Staff as well as the Branch Manager verbally but no response have being received from their side since more than last two months. I have concerns over-
1. High Rate of Interest being charged on my Loan A/c no. - 50200005918798 & also as we have two more Loan A/c 's with the Bank, the rate of interest is also not being clarified by them even after we have approached it many a times to clear the issues.

2. A Demat A/c. is also operated by us with the bank, which we don't want to continue and we have been approaching the Bank to close it down since last year but nothing is done yet.
