ITS BEEN MORE THEN 1 AND HALF YEAR RATE OF INTEREST GONE DOWN AND THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME SAME .... WHEN I WENT THERE THEY SAID ITS LIKE THAT ONLY THEN HOW COME ON SANCTION LETTER ITS DESCRIBED TO UP N DOWN ACCORDING TO RBI RULES.... I CAN PRESENT ALL THE LEGAL DOCUMENTS PLEASE HELP ME....
