Car loan deficiency

I had taken a car loan from M/s Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd. I had to surrender the car to them as I could not pay the installments. I visited their office alongwith three potential customers who were offering upto Rs.5.50 lacs for the car. But the staff of M/s Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd., Ludhiana told me to just get our of their office & that they will sell the car only in e-auction and refused to meet any customers. I am afraid that M/s Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd. will sell the car for a much less amount than the market value of the car and sue me for deficiency. Please help me.
