नवम्बर माह में हीरो hf डीलक्स बाइक जिस का नंबर RJ41SG1213 खरीदा गया था जिस की जिस की जनवरी माह से समय पर emi pay किया जा रहा हे लेकिन मार्च में लॉक डाउन लगने के कारण मेरे द्वारा अप्रैल माह में अकाउंट में बैलेंस नही होने के कारण ecs चार्ज 9 अप्रैल और 27 अप्रैल को 590 + 590 दो बार काटा गया हे RBI द्वारा सभी EMI के MAY तक मोरितोर्यम दिया गया था जिस की डिटेल्स हीरो फिन्कोप के पोर्टल पर भी आ रही हे अत मेरे द्वारा जून की क़िस्त भी दे दिया गया ह लेकिन सम्बधित एजेंट द्वारा मेरे को रिफंड हो जाने के के लिए बताया गया था लेकिन अभी भी मेरी समस्या का समाधान नही हुआ .
2.दितीय समस्या यह ह की इस लोन के कोई द्स्तावेद मेरे को प्राप्त नही हुए और ना ही मेरा मेल id या मोबाइल नंबर सुचना अपडेट के लिए अपडेट कर रहे ह .
