I purchased a laptop from HP https://www.hpshopping.in/. but the model which I selected is not touch screen. when I open the pack then only I found it that it is not touch screen. I called distributor savex technologies. At the time of shopping I was unaware that the distributor is having their own terms and condition. No where in the website I did not find the terms and condition. I was only knowing that I am buying directly from company till I receive the product. When contacted savex said that goods once open will not be taken back. I paid already Rs.63817. Till I receivethe product I was thinking if something happens wrongly then the company will help me. first mail I sent to hp on 5th july 2018 still no response.
