Very bad service, irctc server is not responding

Hi,

I booked ticket(PNR : 8755888951) on 8th feb 2017,It is in waiting.Now I am trying to check my ticket status from 8th feb night (approx 9pm) to afternoon 9th feb, but irctc server is not responding.

So than I called on 139, here they charge me 2rs/min.

1) Now understand the scenario, irctc server is not working is not my problem.
IRCTC service is bad that's why i need to call on 139 otherwise i am not interested to call them. Then also they are charged me. WHY?

2) In call also i told them to book one complaint for this , and what they do is they simply cut the phone by saying THANK YOU SIR.

Now tell me these type of behaviour is we are expecting from IRCTC?
And you are saying that we reduced complaint in IRCTC,so now you got this is the reason why people are not complaining.

And this is totally unfair to charge 2rs/min for call.You already took service charge,ewallet charge and now this charge.For common man this all charges matters alot.


Finally I want to say that if you want to improve railway, take some action on this.
