Hello,

I tried to book IRCTC ticket on 31 December 2017 but translation failed and amount debited from account Rs.2044.12 through IRCTC PAYUMOUNEY gateway to Andhra bank Rupay debit card, andhar bank replied ask rupay care. rupay care not responded, Payumoney also not respond, Irctc asked user details. Finally where should i go.
