Request for Reversal of Payment of 4598.18 made vide transaction INB/724133477/ZAAK ePAYMENT SERVICE

I requested five related offices of ZAAK ePAYMENT SERVICES PVT.(
upasana@zaakpay.com; rohit.shadeja@mobikwik.com; contact@zaakpay.com ; customercare@ccavanue.com; customercare@mobiqwik.com) regarding Reversal of Payment of 4598.18 made vide transaction INB/724133477/ZAAK ePAYMENT SERVICES PVT. by Axis Bank on 07-02-2020. Axis Bank has confirmed that ZAAK has received the payment vide confirmation ZP59DFAFEE954C2 But I am surprised that no body has cared to give the reply as if none has the responsibility towards customer request.

On 07-02-2020 I tried to book online from my phone 9878376661 the 2AC Railway tickets for journey from Hazarat Nizamudin to Andheri When details completed and I finally confirmed the payment of 4598.18 through net banking . But it was a shock to me that my Axis Bank paid the amount but booking was showing "Pending Payment" as a result of which I could not book the tickets thereby putting harassment to me. I had to book again through other payment.

AS such ZAAK may be impressed upon to please reverse the amount of 4598.18 immediately to Axis Bank for crediting to my account. I suppose ZAAK will not put sr citizen in further harassment.
