I had added 3000 ine in the wallet after irctc recent update the money is being showing 0 in wallet due to their updation money is shown as 0 I had mailed 1000 times and there are 100 of requested ticked ids they are not returning money to irctc wallet or my bank account please take leagal action the company due a lot of fraud with people and not responding to them
