REFUND AMOUNT OF RS.350/- NOT YET REFUNDED BY IRCTC...

SIR/MADAM,
ITS REGARDING MY REFUND AMOUNT OF RS.350/- AGAINST CANCELLATION OF RAILWAY TICKET DONE 3 MONTHS BACK BUT TILL NOW IRCTC HAD NOT REFUNDED THE SAID AMOUNT INSTEAD THEY ARE WASTING THE TIME BY GIVING FALSE STATEMENTS.
KINDLY HELP ME TO GET BACK THE SAID AMOUNT ALONG WITH THE DAMAGES.

Sir,
Thanks for the reply. I have attached my Kotak Card Statements for the month of DEC 2015 to Feb 2016 as per your request and for your reference. I cant find Rs.350/- Refund done by IRCTC on 30th Dec 2015 as mentioned in your mail.
I could just find Railway surcharge waiver amount of Rs.6.91/-.

Hence request you to go through those attachments thoroughly and ensure that the said amount is refunded immediately without further delay.
