Dear IRCTC West Office Team,

This is regarding the complaint against the RAC tickets for PNR:8300490374 (Train:22103 - DOJ:23-04-2018)

Before 4 months the 4 tickets were booked. On 22nd April,2018 in the night, the status was showing as RAC 1 &2 , WL 1&2.

However after chart preparation it was showing as WL 3,4,5,6.

This is utter rubbish since all the travellers were female along with one child.

Is this the way the travellers are cheated through bogus system.

Please let me know the feedback since I am not at all going to stop till I receive genuine feedback.
