IRCTC AND RAILWAYS not cancelled or refunded

Till now my eticket of train 15647 pnr no 8524151725 dated 19/06/2015 is not cancelled/refunded as train was diverted and 34 hours late.

I have gone to PRS supervisor also and he refused to refund and cancel the ticket as I have no physical ticket (counter ticket).This refund has to be done from your side. There is delay from your side and i have faced a huge financial loss due to divertion and delay of train.

Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible, i have been harrashed a lot.
