I had booked two tickets with details as below:
1. Ajmer to Jaipur, PNR no. 8646716361, Tarun Singh & Akshee, Train no. 19712, Coach no. D-2, Seat no. 49, 50.
2. AII to JP, PNR no. 8347595375, Minakshi, Train no. 19712, Coach no. D-2, Seat no. 43.
The train was delayed by 4.48 hrs. as per online status at the time of scheduled departure and was finally delayed by 3.25 Hrs. I filled the TDR with reference no. 100000103815014 (for sr. no. 1 ) and 100000103815013 (for sr. no. 2) and asked for refund for the reason "Passenger not traveled train delayed by 03 hrs". But railway has rejected both the claims. Online status as given by NTES (Railways online train inquiry system) is attached for your reference.
