Complaint is not for claim parking Charges at Surat railway Station

Parking Charges at Surat railway Station are too much Rs.50/- Per Three hours. but on one park there vehicles more than one hour. So these charges should be on Hourly basis.
This complaint is not for claim but to check whether the system is OK or not.
