Complaint against IRCTC regarding to refund ticket amount

Sir, I am Md.Haroon. I was trying to book irctc ticket from airpay gateway on 8th-march-2020 through internet banking of Indian bank. But due to some technical reason my ticket has not been booked.and 650.48 rupees has been deducted from my account.my transaction id is 100002321609421.I was complain to irctc. But he says your amount has been refunded on 9th-March-2020. And your BANK RFND TXN ID is 200001076717417.and also says please confirm from your concern payment gateway.till now my amount has not been credit to my account.so i request to you please take action. And return my amount to my account.
