I have booked Retiring room on 3rd February for my family members and myself in CSMT station for 48hours. After which i got a mail on 24th of February that charges of retiring has been revised.i though it was for the persons booking retiring rooms after 24th of feb. But as i reached station and told about my booking.Railway Staff said i will get the booking or avail the retiring room only after i will pay the new charges.Due to which i was disturbed at the moment which mentally disturbed me and my family that we have to pay a lot of money that is Five time of the booking amount which is very big amount us.
Sir, i want to ask that as i have booked retiring rooms before the notice given by you.Than why should i have to pay a big amount that is nearly 8000/- Rupees.Which effected my complete budget of the trip.
As i was new to the Mumbai( CSMT) station it was mentally disturbed me as well as uneconomical for my family. i was helpless and cant take my family members to other place in the city.
Hence i availed the rooms using new charges which was a burden for me. Hence i request you to reimburse extra charges paid by me in the station.
