I have cancelled my railway ticket from zaakpay gateaway and my pnr no. Is 4356035456 SC TPTY SUP EXP (SC- PAK). Amount has been refunded to zaakpay (TrasnferId:100000315766058) by railway but still not credited to my ac. Total amount to be refunded to me after deduction is inr 1650/-. My cancellation date is 15 March[protected]. Please do needful as soon as possible.

    Same happen to me also, Not once, not twice but it happen with me 4 times. Out of 4 times i only get refund of 1st transaction.
    Customer care people say that irctc did not recived money contact your bank. And when I contacted my bank that said that money is debited from account contact IRCTC to refund.
    Between IRCTC and BANK you get frustrated. Their is NO option just to give up. It's a BIG SCAM running in front of us and no one cares.
