sir i have booked a ticket for 4 passenger with pnr no 8745315502 , seat was aloted in two coach B1 and B3 . While train reached at nagda jn at 5.30 am its door was closed and no one was there to open. ii request to TT but dint help. due to this we have sufferd a lot. we have valso lost our beg . kindly look into this matter.
