I paid for a broadband connection but they did not install my connection after a long time. I request them many times but there is no response from gtpl Ahmedabad. near 2 months passed they told refund will be given in 45 days. but now there is no response from gtpl. they told me every time to wait for 48 hrs but no response after a long time. please help me
