Jio GigaFiber return is not processed. On 10th Feb 21, router was picked up their representative and was told that refund will be processed in 15-20 days. Till now (6/4/21) refund has not been processed and their is no way we could get back to Jio team for any update. On 10th Feb , we got an email by their team for verification of an account on which refund is to be made. Till now refund has not been processed.
