I was Nextra’s customer. This company provide broadband internet services. In May'2019 last, I requested to discontinue broadband service which was accepted by the company and after disconnection, support executive of the company took away router device from my house. As per company policy, if any consumer will discontinue broadband service, they will get back their refund amount which is 1500/. So as per this policy, I will also suppose to get this money within 90days of service disconnection. After 90 days i.e. after July'19, I tried to connect customer care @ number 9212599911 countless time but did not get any positive result. Every time customer care person says "I should wait some time and my concerns have been raised to the concerned department". Now today on 20th June 2020 when I tried again, I got the same response. I also mailed my concern @ nodal@nextraworld.com and @apellate@nextraworld.com in between but again did not get any satisfactory response.
I am not happy the way company is ignoring my security refund amount complaint issue and its replying management system. Now I want to register my complaint with your portal so that I can get back my refund money with adequate compensation so that Nextra never dare to do the same with other customers.
