Broadband connect not installed after received amount

I book the Broadband Internet service on 20/03/2020 at 10:55 am. by paid cash amount of Rs. 1767/-. The person from hathway gave me the time of installation next day (21st march) 11:00 am. But till today (24th March) it is not installed.
I have to do my office work at home but I can't start till now. It will lead me in a critical situation.
Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible and take the necessary action.
