My broadband connection has been down for the past week and I am not getting any help from Railwire customer care. I have tried calling the customer care numbers 18001039139 and 8101139139 but nobody picked up my call. The residents of Dishergarh which is about 20 kms away from Asansol are facing network issues. No app in Android TVs are working and we cannot watch news Netflix Prime video etc, Kindly rectify the problem at the earliest as it has been way too long.
