Dear Sir/Ma'am - I am IT professional and working from home for quite some time now. I am very frustrated for the last 9-10 days, because of the Service provide by my ISP (Netplus).
My Broadband net goes down at around 12:15PM yesterday (07-Jun-2023). After waiting for almost 30-40 minutes I called customer care to update about the issue also send mail. Since then, I am chasing them, but, no resolution, 34-35 hours has passed till now. Lost my whole day today.
Day before yesterday (06-Jun-2023), net was so slow for almost 5-6 hours that I was not able to work, fortunately, I lost only half working day of mine. Net was also down for almost 26-27 hours between 29th and 30th May. On that day also, I lost my whole working day. I have email records (approx 20-30 mails) for above incidents only. For all such incidents, I have lots of mails.
