Complaint against you broadband for not resolving service request

When I was getting a new internet connection, the marketing guy from you broadband kept on saying that the internet will mostly never go down and if it does, it'll be resolved in 24 hours, I've logged a complaint as my internet stopped working on 8/02/2021 and it's been 5 days since then and the internet is still not working and whenever i call and lodge a complaint, they register my complaint and afterword I get a message saying issue resolved, when there hasn't been any resolution, my sister has classes and exams to attend to online which she can't, I have my work to do which I do with my mobile internet no thanks to them. Please help with this.
