I have taken a policy from the Kotek life from HSR branch (contact person: Suresh). He told me i will get the return 0f granted 18%, where has actual returns was around 2%. Other than this they also confirmed I will receive the 35% of invested as first income. I did not even receive 28 % of what i invested.
When I raised voice against this in the branch. As along with my investment they also gave me job offer giving incorrect information (it's not agent, it's only recruitment with no field work).
As they gave me in writing I believed their words I have shared the same return details with friends and family. This has affected my reputation in the friends and family circle. then I contacted them back on this still there is no proper response. I have all the proof on returns they confirmed.
