On 9th june 2016 i purchased A7(2016) mobile from LOT mobiles Stores they provided me Insurance against Theft ,Damaged and Broken in tie up with Universal insurance Brokers Service Pvt.Ltd.
On 10th jan-2017 my mobile slipped and Screen broked .i submitted the claim form at the Universal insurance Brokers Service Pvt.Ltd.office along with all required documents ,Quotation and Orginal bill on 11th jan-2017 but till date no action has been taken nor claimed against my damaged
